We provide premium digital educational systems designed for structured, parent-led implementation. Because our products are delivered digitally and accessed immediately, our refund policy reflects UK consumer law relating to digital content.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Your 14-Day Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers normally have 14 days to cancel online purchases.
However, for digital content delivered immediately, this right to cancel is lost once:
You expressly consent to immediate access, and
You acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right will end once access begins.

That you understand your 14-day cancellation right ends once access is provided.
Once access has been granted, you waive your statutory right to cancel.

2. Digital Products (Guides, Toolkits, PDFs, Roadmaps)
All Wisdom Nest products are digital and delivered electronically.
Once:
A download link is accessed,
Files are downloaded, or
Course materials are opened inside your account,
the product is considered supplied in full.
Refunds are not available for:
Change of mind
Selecting the wrong product
Not reading the product description
Lack of time to use the product
Perceived lack of results
Discount requests after purchase
Partial use of content
Digital content cannot be “returned,” and access is granted instantly upon purchase.
3. Premium Roadmap & High-Value Products (£399 Tier Positioning)
Our flagship systems are comprehensive, premium educational frameworks.
Due to:
Immediate full access
Downloadable intellectual property
Complete system visibility upon entry
refunds are not offered once access has been granted, except where required by law.
This protects the integrity of the system and the intellectual property contained within it.
4. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us within 7 days at:

5. Technical Issues
If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing access, we will:
Provide reasonable support to resolve the issue
If access cannot be provided, offer a refund or alternative solution
Examples of valid technical issues:

Being charged but not receiving access
Platform failure preventing entry
Technical issues do not include device incompatibility or user error where access is functioning correctly.
6. Courses, Workshops & Memberships
One-Time Purchase Courses
Refunds are not offered once access has been granted, except in cases of technical failure.
Live Workshops
If you cannot attend, refunds are not available.
If we cancel, you will receive:
A rescheduled session, or
A full refund.
Memberships
You may cancel at any time.
Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are not issued for unused time or partial months.
7. Consumer Rights Act 2015
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be:
Of satisfactory quality
Fit for purpose
As described
If digital content is proven to be faulty or misdescribed, you may be entitled to:
Repair or replacement
Or, if unresolved, a partial or full refund
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (Stripe Protection)
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, we will provide Stripe and the card issuer with:
Proof of download or login access
IP address records
Timestamped access logs
Checkout waiver confirmation
Terms acceptance records
Product description evidence
This documentation supports fair dispute resolution.
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a dispute.
9. Discretionary Refunds
In exceptional circumstances, we may offer a refund at our sole discretion.
This does not:
Create an ongoing entitlement
Set precedent
Modify this policy for future purchases
